وتستمر ملحمة الإنتقام والثأر ومرارة الفقد بداية من الفتنة التي ابتدأت من عند وصبان وآشور وبكل الأحداث التي تسببت بها والتي نقلتني بعييداً بكل جزء من تفاصيلها وسحرها مابين هجر،بلاد فارس، أرض الحجاز وجبل آريان ، تنتهي السلسلة عند دعجاء وأفسار.. لاتقل الرواية حبكةً وتشويقاً وإثارةً عن سابقتيها رغم بساطة الأسلوب إلا أنها عظيمة بمحاكاتها لوضع عالمنا العربي الحالي.. تحمل في طياتها الكثير من الرسائل والحِكم ... ختامية موفقة ورائعة لسلسلة عظيمة
تنفتح رواية الكاتب العراقي سنان انطون «وحدها شجرة الرمان» (المؤسسة العربية للدراسات والنشر) بسردية حكائية بسيطة تفاجئك احياناً بانعطافاتها إلى صور حلمية فنتازية، متقطّعة بحسب خطوات السيناريو السينمائي، على مشهديات الموت الذي يلتهم قلب بغداد المحتلة، والذي يظل ماثلاً امام ناظري جواد الذي يمتهن غسل الأموات وتكفينهم، بعد ان تعلّم أصول المهنة ومبادئها وأسرارها على يدي ابيه. وهي مهنة توارثتها العائلة منذ زمن بعيد. غسل الموتى هذا كان يجري قبل الاحتلال الأميركي للعراق على رسله وطبيعته المعتادة. وبوطأة الحرب الضروس، والاقتتال بين ابناء البلد الواحد جماعات وأفراداً، ازدادت وتيرة القتل ازدياداً ملحوظاً، واتخذ شكل الموت ضروباً مروعة من التمثيل بالجثث والتنكيل بها، طعناً وخنقاً وحرقاً وبقراً وتقطيعاً. وقد وصل الأمر بجواد انه تبلبل واحتار بكيفية غسل رأس مقطوع بلا جثة، وجسد قُطّع بمنشار كهربائي غسلاً طقوسياً يفترضه الشرع الإسلامي قبل الدفن.

People who still live among us after they were destined to live in the lives of those who came after them. They provided this universe with great services, values, and deeds that engraved their names on the corners of this planet that would not have lived, progressed, or arrived. It would not have been possible today if it were not for the gifts and services of the great prophets, messengers, scholars, and reformers, and even some simple people whose names have fallen from the pages of history, but they never fell from the comfort that settled their souls, the happiness that filled their souls, and the other lives they lived among those who came after them and benefited from their giving.
Yes... it is giving... that great human value that immortalized everyone who was attached to it and devoted to it... and gave to everyone who gave it.
