تزاحمت في عقلي أكثر من فكرة ، وشعرت أن السؤال أعمق من أن أحسمه بإجابة مختصرة، فخطرت في ذهني فكرة تقديم قصص مختصرة عن الأنماط غير السوية للشخصيات عبر تطبيق الإنستغرام ، فسارعت إلى تنفيذها وخلال أسابيع قليلة تضاعف عدد المتابعين مرات عدة ، فاضطررت لإنشاء حساب جديد مخصص لإستعراض هذه الأنماط وتحليلها بشكل مختصر ، وخفيف يمكن سماعه في دقيقتين أطلقت عليه ( مشوار قصير ) وبعد اكثر من 50 مشوار قدمتها عبر هذا الحساب ،إرتأيت أن أحول المشاوير الصوتية إلى نصوص مكتوبة، وتقديم قيَم إيجابية مختصرة يسهل على القارئ لها إستيعابها وتطبيقها ، ولتصل إلى شريحة أوسع ، وتحقق فائدة أكبر .
نبذة عن كتاب الطريق إلى الابتكار المؤسسي
في زمن اشتدت فيه منافسة الشركات التجارية في مختلف أنحاء العالم وازدادت فيه سرعة التغييرات بشكل مهول حيث تتجدد المنتجات بسرعة كبيرة، فلا تكاد تشتري جهاز إلكتروني حديث أو سيارة حتى تسمع بمنتج آخر في السوق به مواصفات أكثر أوجودة أعلى. لدرجة أن الكثير من الناس أصبح لديهم عادة سنوية بتغيير هواتفهم الذكية لأن الشركات المنتجة لا تتوقف عن إحداث التغييرات والتطويرات في المنتجات. الأمر لا يقتصر على المنتجات فقط وكذلك الخدمات ففي كل فترة نسمع بخدمة جديدة تقدمها المؤسسة س وأخرى تقدمها المؤسسة ص وهكذا. حتى أصبح العميل يجلس في بيته وتأتيه كل المنتجات والخدمات التي تخطر على باله ومن جميع أنحاء العالم. هذا التسارع يؤكد على ضرورة تبني المؤسسات للابتكار سواء كان ابتكار في المنتجات أو الخدمات أو العمليات حتى تستمر في جني الأرباح وعدم إعلان خسارتها أو إفلاسها. فالابتكار هو ما يمكن المؤسسة من البقاء في المنافسة وتقديم منتجات وخدمات جديدة مبتكرة تجذب العملاء وتحقق الأرباح.
