" يدور حول كيفية إستثمار وتحفيز الأفكار لصنع الإتزان والوعي في الحياة ، وبالتالي سيساهم ذلك بشكل مباشر في تحسين جودة فهم الإنسان للمواقف والأحداث التي يعيشها ، فالعقل سيفكر خارج نطاق المواقف وستتسع لديه المدارك والأبعاد ولن يكون حبيس الموقف الذي يعيشه الآن وإنما ستكون لديه رؤية بعيدة المدى .
وهذا الكتاب يحتوي على ستة أجزاء ذكرت في محاورها أبعاد مختلفة للأفكار ، مثل معنى الفكرة والعقل وغيرها من الكلمات والمفاهيم التي نسمعها لكن ربما لانتعمق في معانيها ، وأيضاً تحدثت عن تفاصيل أهم المفاهيم الخاطئة والدارجة التي تحتاج منا إلى تغيير في الفكرة فقط من أجل التقليل من آثارها السلبية ، وخصصت جزء عن الأفكار ومحفزاتها وآثارها ، وجزء آخر تحدثت فيه عن بعض تجاربي الشخصية وذلك لنشر الفائدة ، والجزء الأخير عبارة عن مواجهة للقارئ من خلال طرح مجموعة مهمة من الأسئلة لكي يقيم فيها نفسه ويعرف أين هو من مجموعة الأفكار التي تم شرحها في هذا الكتاب ، وأيضاً كيف يمكنه تحسين جودة أفكاره الحالية
